Eponymous fashion brand Okunoren is most definitely making big moves this year and taking no prisoners while doing so! Not long ago, we spotted afropop superstar Davido looking particularly stylish in a 2019 limited edition handcrafted Iyami Eleye bomber jacket from Okunoren’s Autumn/Winter 19 collection Divinity To Form and now according to what we heard from a very reliable source, it seems the brand might be creating some magic with another one of Africa’s biggest musical giants – Wizkid.
This would not be out of character for Wizkid as the singer has several times made successful forays into fashion – especially last year when the Fever singer made his modeling debut walking for Dolce & Gabbana’s SS19 presentation and also released a fast-selling collaboration with multinational giant Nike. Although we can not for sure say what is on the pipeline, we know anything created by these two would be nothing short of iconic.
