The talented artist gave a riveting performance where he managed to tie his afrobeat roots with US rap flavor in a way that it didn’t lose its authenticity but remained well rounded. The Aye crooner was seen in very good form as he rocked a 2019 limited edition Iyami Eleye bomber jacket by Nigerian fashion brand Okunoren. The one of a kind jacket features impressive hand-crafted beading details which took 21 days to complete! The limited edition bomber jacket is part of the brand’s soon-to-be-released Autumn/Winter 19 collection Divinity To Form.
Regarding the brand’s much anticipated Autumn/Winter 19 collection, its creative director Taiye Okunoren had this to say:
“The creation of the collection required a deep understanding of the divinity of the Yoruba people and expressed the vital role that women play in bringing this to life. The unique piece in its essence pays homage to the divine feminine.”
