Both brands have made it to the final stage of the Essence Black Fashion Designer of the Year Awards. This is a huge win for the designers who have made headlines in top publications because of their huge impact in the fashion industry. Beyoncé has become quite fond of Tongoro studio; she even wore one of their designs in her latest Spirit music video and Omar is behind some of Naomi Campbell‘s most stand-out looks.
