During her acceptance speech, she said

I design to make women feel like they don’t have to say a word when they walk in the room because everyone’s looking anyway. Every time I see someone wearing my designs, I love the confidence in how they walk, talk, and pose. That’s the Hanifa woman

The award was presented by Christain Louboutin, French-Egyptian fashion designer and brain behind the iconic red-soled shoes. Anifa in a thank you post on Instagram wrote;

Thank you @laurabrown99 , and the entire team at @instylemagazine for honoring me and my work. Laura, you are truly an Angel. The last 48 hours felt like a dream. Thank you Mr. Christian Louboutin for presenting me with the future of fashion award.
God never misses and He’s always on time. Dreams really do come true. This is 31!. See you later ❤️

Congratulations are in order!
