GTBank Fashion Weekend’s 3rd edition kicked off in grand style. Stepping into the GTBank Space, one could already feel the fashion vibe – from the colourful photo gallery of models in different high-fashion looks to the show goers dressed to the nines and finally all the buying and selling of well-curated fashion items from T-shirts to shoes and ready-to-wear Ankara pieces.

The masterclasses started in the morning, Jay Manuel, Kahlana Barfield, Taofeek Abijako, Nikki Ogunnaike among others championed interactive sessions with an eager-to-learn crowd before the runway shows started by 7 pm.

GTBank Fashion Weekend brings together the most promising, talented and recognized fashion designers, brands and retail enterprises from across Nigeria and abroad to showcase the latest trends and products to a large and diverse audience of consumers, press and industry enthusiasts.

The runway shows kicked off with a musical blast to the past and Fela vibes from Ituen Basi and closed with a stellar show by David Tlale – he presented his Daughters of Azania collection.
