On March 24th, Sharon Ojong launched her clothing brand REKANA with an exclusive preview of the debut collection Rekanated at the Ayo Van Elmar fashion cafe, Oriental Hotel, Lagos.
The launch event was also a chance to shop unique outfits at discounted prices. In attendance were media personalities, fashion influencers, and bloggers among others.
According to Sharon:
Starting a clothing brand was a no-brainer for me. I’m so happy this dream is finally a reality. REKANA is starting as a ready-to-wear womenswear brand providing women with distinctive clothing in comfortable fabrics that are both functional, stylish and make a statement to the discerning eye. A clothing line that radiates ease, style, strength, signature, lifestyle and relevance.
