*cue wanderlust*

Fresh off showing at Bahamas Fashion Week , Sierra-Leonean brand Madam Wokie, helmed by the talented Mary Ann Kai Kai debuted their Madam Wokie 2017 Campaign: Lost in Paradise.  We love how fluid the pieces showcased in the campaign film are!

For the campaign, (stills lensed by Hiram Carey) the film ” tells the story of a young lady who finds herself in a new land, completely surrounded by beauty.’  the brand explained in a statement.

We quickly learn to appreciate this beauty – the landscape shot in the video is nothing short of magnificent. The Madam Wokie brand has always had a strong sense of form and color that easily seduces women to covet and ultimately to own its pieces.

The dreamy video highlights some of our favourite pieces from the Nyapue collection, including a stunning off the shoulder maxi with an exaggerated bodice fold detail. We can easily see this piece on holiday in the Bahamas or indeed, for beach Sundays in Lagos or even for a touristy day out at the Tacugama Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Freetown.

Another standout piece is the bold orange wrap print maxi with long sleeves that is sure to be a bestseller when the collection becomes available. Get your wallets ready for these gorgeous pieces—you’ll fall in love with everything.
