2 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast

1/2 cup sugar for non sweet & full cup for sweet puff puff

1 n 1/2 tsp salt (optional)

4 cups all purpose flour

1 Teaspoon vanilla essence

1 Teaspoon Nutmeg /cinnamon powder
