With the recently concluded Debonair Afrik’s ‘The Editor’s Meet Fashion Brunch’ in Ghana, the 2022 fashion season got off to a great start. The event tagged “In Time of Luxe” saw many fashion stakeholders network and engage in fashion-forward discussions, all dressed to the nines.

The event featured performances by DJ Lissa Monet, The Wanted Band, Ria Boss and Titi Owusu. Additionally, a panel discussion was held with Rozan Ahmed and Alexandra Julien and moderated by Fife as they discussed Fashion’s Role in Communicating the Multi-textured Fabric of Africa.

It was the perfect day for the TEM Brunch to celebrate the new year with a toast! Debonair Afrik’s Editor in Chief and Founder, Emmanuel Ekuban, proposed the toast and used the opportunity to share his heartfelt message recounting how far black creatives have come and to celebrate another milestone of winnings and long life. The toast amidst fireworks and confetti climaxed the event with loud cheers, laughter and best wishes for the fashion year ahead.
