If you love fruits, fruit punch, fruit juice, and all things fruity then you are officially a Tutti-frutti! Just kidding. There’s so much to explore when it comes to fruits. I highly recommend you make it a thing to always try a new fruit every now and then. Not only are they great-tasting, but they also provide a lot of nutritional value. And we all know you could never go wrong with that.
Fuel your body with the nutrients it needs by making it part of your daily diet to eat some fruit. It doesn’t have to be boring, you can spruce things up with this fruity popsicle recipe. With an average of about 43 calories per popsicle, this is one healthy treat you’ll love. It’s also a great treat for children and it’s diabetic friendly. Here’s how to make it:
1 Medium Pineapple
1 Ginger root
100ml Coconut water
In a blender, add the coconut water and chopped ginger. Blend until smooth.
Add the remaining fruits; mangoes, pineapple, bananas and blend until smooth.
Pour the mix into the pockets of the popsicle mold and leave to freeze for 6-8 hours.
