Enioluwa Adeoluwa is a multi-hyphenate talent – an influencer, content creator, scholar, actor, director, and much more. He recently gave us a tour of his new house after revealing he had been paying ₦2.1 million per month for an apartment in Lagos before he decided to get his own place. Although the apartment isn’t fully furnished yet, it already shows incredible potential. Here are just a few things we’re already loving about his new space:

Spaciousness

Lagos homes are often notoriously cramped, so seeing a spacious living room, bedrooms, and kitchen was refreshing. He showed us two bedrooms in the house, excluding the home office/study, and they were spacious. The windows, too, were wonderfully large and square, a welcome change from the tiny rectangular ones popular these days.

The Colour

Enioluwa is steering clear of the millennial grey, white, and, in his words, ‘clay pot’ aesthetic. The house is currently painted blue, and we’re confident that it won’t be dull even if he changes the palette.

The Woodwork

The house features beautiful, real brown wood that evokes a nostalgic feel, reminiscent of homes from the 1990s and 2000s. This rich wood can be found in the kitchen, home office, closet, and bedrooms.

The Boy’s Quarter

You know a house is spacious when it comes with its own separate living quarters. Enioluwa mentioned his plans for his driver to live with him, and an extra apartment could be perfect for that. He also plans to plant flowers and have a garden, and honestly, can’t wait to see what the house looks like fully furnished.
