Virgil Abloh founder of fashion brand Off-White, and Henrik Most, a creative leader at IKEA Range and Supply, officially revealed their collaborative partnership in a live stream from an undisclosed location in New York yesterday.

The new furniture collection includes slogan-covered rugs and a cabinet for storing and displaying sneakers. The range tagged Markerad is aimed at students and young people moving into their first homes.

of Highsnobiety reports that the Ghanaian born designer started off revealing a new triangular doorstop design that can be attached to an Abloh-designed chair, which challenges the original use of the everyday tool as well as providing an aesthetically pleasing, multi-purpose design.

And finished off the showcase with his popular BLUE and KEEP OFF hand-shaved rug, previously teased on Instagram. The goal for these was to question what a rug is used for. Yes, they can be used an ordinary rug, but Abloh wants them to have a deeper art aesthetic to live on your wall instead of your floor.

All products on display are currently in prototype stage.
