The dress was wrapped in feathers from her knee below and at the hem of her sleeves. She styled the look with soft glam, glossy lips and pretty slip-on braids featuring Bantu knots.

She switched into a bedazzling white hooded bodycon, going in heavy on the bracelets and euphoric white eyeliner. She lit up the stage not only in her dazzling dress but also with her performance of her hit single Not an Angelat the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, Calif.

Tems also made history that night, as she accepted the “Breakthrough” award from Savannah James, who said that Futureā€˜s Grammy-winning Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 ā€œWait for Uā€, featuring Drake and Tems, is her ā€œpersonal favouriteā€, becoming the first Nigerian artist to honoured by the organization.
