That is not factual .
The Niger Delta area and the South East and South South of Nigeria are different . Most children in these areas learn how to swim before the can walk .
This is because they are surrounded by rivers, streams and lakes and spend most of there holidays in the villages
Harmless Comments like this is what creates stereotypes .
