Some people don’t have to do too much to make an impression. Rita Dominic and Ramsey Nouah are two of them.

The Nollywood stars stepped out for the Creative Industry Summit in Lusaka, Zambia, where ’77, the sequel to ’76, had its world premiere, and they looked every bit like the stars of the night.

Rita gave us a lesson in statement dressing with a purple gown that did all the talking. The standout detail? The dramatic swirl across the bodice that gave the dress shape and movement. Add the thigh-high slit, sparkly heels and soft natural hair, and the look felt glamorous without trying too hard.

Ramsey went in the opposite direction, proving once again that black never misses. He wore a loose traditional-inspired outfit with layered black beads, a matching cap and white sneakers that kept everything relaxed and modern. It was simple, clean and very Ramsey.

What we love most is that neither look competed with the other. Rita brought the drama, Ramsey kept it cool, and together they created one of those celebrity style moments that just works.
