Nomzamo Mbatha just wore summer 2018’s best outfit and it’s just January!
The actress and beauty ambassador stepped out yesterday wearing a head-turning statement, even for the popular L’Ormarins Queen’s Plate racing festival which sees its fair share of over-the-top glamour annually.
Fitting to the high fashion event, Nomzamo went with a fancy painted crop top and full-length maxi skirt by South African designer Vanessa Gounden from her Spring/Summer 2018 Collection titled “The Question” which debuted in September 2017 at New York Fashion Week.
A true designer’s muse, she has been spotted in a good number of the brand’s pieces. Vanessa Gounden is known for expert tailoring featuring strong artistic forms, layering, belts and ties using luxurious fabrics.
Nomzamo gave the floaty two-piece a summer festival vibe with a straw hat—it has all the makings of a casual yet sophisticated ensemble.
