For years, the International Women’s Day celebration across the globe has always been celebrated on March 8th and this year’s theme is tagged #BreakTheBias which highlights the need to challenge systematic inequalities and actively call out gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping. Most importantly, there is a need to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements in diverse industries and various works of life.
