There are few food combinations as satisfying as a generous serving of jollof rice, tender beef and sweet, caramelised plantain. If you’ve been looking for a recipe to recreate that perfect plate at home, Kiki Foodies is showing us exactly how to do it.

This recipe uses sella basmati rice, a rich tomato and pepper mix, and well-seasoned beef to create a plate of jollof that is flavourful, fluffy and packed with that unmistakable Nigerian party-jollof goodness. Add some golden fried plantain on the side and you have a meal that needs very little introduction.
