Newcomer Carl Eze boasts of an impressive clientele of celebrities he has styled including 2Baba, Ycee, Mr. Eazi, Falz, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Dremo, Mufasa, Ariyike among others, his brainchild Carl Andrews is barely one year old but has had a lot of attention owing to his edgy cuts and striking outfits.
The brand’s latest offering titled Vice Versa is the lookbook for its Spring/Summer 2018 collection showcased at Nigerian Student Fashion & Design Week in August.
The under-graduate designer infused his designs with a 90s coolness inspired by the movie Coming to America—think: knit-wears, colourful tailored suit and prints shirts with unorthodox cuts ready to wear for both sexes— Carl has altered course slightly, giving up formal suits for a more on-trend bit of street style.
Pieces from this collection range from 5,000 to 40,000 naira and can be ordered directly from the designer.
