Rosé Spritzer

Ingredients

3 oz. Belaire Luxe  rosé
1/2 oz.  syrup
3 strawberries, halved
1 lemon
1 cup club soda

Directions

Muddle the strawberries and lemon in a glass to release the juices and flavor. Mix in the  syrup and the sparkling Belaire rosé ; then fill the glass with ice and add with a splash of club soda.

Rosé Sangria

Ingredients

1 bottle Belaire Luxe rosé
1 cup elderflower liqueur
1 bag blueberries
4 lemons
8 grapefruit slices
3 cups club soda

Directions

Mix the rosé, elderflower liqueur, blueberries, lemons, and grapefruit slices in a pitcher, and leave in the fridge for an hour. Pour into your champagne glasses  ice, and top up with the soda.Garnish with a grapefruit slice .

Serves six (1 pitcher)

Sparkling Rosé Plum Smash

Ingredients

1 bottle Belaire Luxe rosé

2 plums

6 thyme sprigs

1 lemon

2 oz simple syrup

Direction

Peel and chop two plums. Muddle plums with the thyme, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake.Strain into a mason jar and top with Belaire Luxe roséGarnish with plum slices and thyme sprigs.
