The beauty and fashion creator embraced playful proportions and a little resort-ready romance for Andrea Iyamah’s 15th anniversary celebration.
If there’s one thing we can count on during Lagos Fashion Week, it’s a generous helping of fabulous fashion moments. And Dodos Uvieghara Itegboje has just delivered one that deserves a closer look.
The beauty and fashion influencer joined the stylish crowd at Andrea Iyamah’s 15th anniversary celebration, held at Isimi Lagos on October 24. The Nigerian luxury label marked the milestone with an intimate presentation of its Fall 2026 Rooted collection and a preview of Spring/Summer 2027, bringing guests into a lush, nature-inspired setting ahead of the main Lagos Fashion Week programme.
For the occasion, Dodos chose the label’s Bayo Bubble Dress in Vibra Print, and frankly, we’re having a hard time finding anything not to love.
The lightweight organza mini combines a romantic off-the-shoulder neckline with exaggerated balloon sleeves and an equally voluminous bubble hem. Then there’s the print: a dreamy swirl of sunshine yellow, soft orange and painterly pink that feels perfectly at home against the greenery of Isimi Lagos.
Dodos kept the styling beautifully restrained, letting the silhouette take centre stage. Her short, softly tousled pixie adds a modern edge to an otherwise romantic look, while the pearlescent Simone Rocha handbag brings a subtle touch of polish.
And considering Andrea Iyamah’s celebration was all about the relationship between fashion and nature, we can’t think of a more fitting choice. The organic print, airy fabric and sculptural volume capture the playful femininity that has become synonymous with the brand.
