OC Ukeje, in Lagos for the long-awaited homecoming of Brazilian-French film Shine Your Eye at the LCA Festival , which also screened at the Berlinale and the Red Sea Film Festival, took his leading-man style to the BN at 20 High Fashion Icon festivities.
The Saint-Pierre actor reminded us exactly why he’s been missed on the red carpet, stepping out in a sharply tailored DÈJÌ ENIOLÁ look.

Anchored by a longline jacket with black brushed velvet sleeves and a metallic, almost bark-like jacquard front panel. The texture does the talking, catching the light in shades of pewter and charcoal, while the deep V neckline keeps the silhouette elongated.

Paired with fluid, wide-leg black trousers and velvet loafers, the overall styling is uber-contemporary. What we love most is the restraint, there’s no unnecessary layering competing with the fabrication. The relaxed trousers are especially chic , giving the overall look a directional feel.

Altogether, this is OC at his best, polished but not predictable and we hope we see more of him this year.
