Everybody is wearing ballet flats, slippers to the club, and soft comfortable shoes have officially taken over. But bring back the heels and no, we don’t mean those tiny 2-inch kitten heels either. We’re talking proper heels that make you stand differently, walk differently, and suddenly want to take mirror pictures again.

The problem is, after years of living in sneakers and flats, most people can barely survive two hours in heels without plotting their escape route home. The trick to wearing heels again is not suffering through it. It’s easing your feet back into them strategically.
Start with block heels before jumping straight into stilettos. Your feet need stability first. Gel insoles will become your best friend, especially for pointed shoes, and if a shoe hurts the moment you try it on, it will not magically get better later.
Another game changer? Stop saving heels only for all-day events. Wear them around the house for short periods to rebuild comfort and balance.
Also, platform heels are secretly easier to walk in because they reduce pressure on the ball of your foot. And if you know you’ll be out for hours, carry foldable flats in your bag. Stylish girls do it too.
The goal is looking good and still being able to dance at the end of the night. If you’ll try these tips, let us know in the comments
