One of such trailblazers is Tannis, a Nigerian beauty artist, educator, and content creator with over eight years of experience and a digital community of more than 100,000 followers.
Renowned for her skin-focused artistry and practical approach to beauty education, Tannis has built a strong reputation for teaching makeup in a way that is both professional and accessible, while remaining deeply rooted in community impact. This birthed the GLAMAS initiative.
GLAMAS kicked off in 2023, offering free makeup services to 100 individuals, a gesture rooted in gratitude and community appreciation. As it evolved into a larger vision, it became an avenue for creating access, opportunity, and tangible support for beauty creatives.
In December 2025, Tannis hosted the Masterclass × GLAMAS, a beauty education experience that combined a live, in-depth makeup masterclass with GLAMAS, her annual giveback initiative designed to support and uplift beauty creatives and enthusiasts.
