From a source familiar with the matter, Toke Makinwa is in talks with Buluwa Inc, a California based luxury skincare developer, to create an eponymous line ‘with formulas and safe ingredients that haven’t made their way to Africa’.
It isn’t even confirmed yet but we bet this will be one of the most anticipated launches in the African beauty industry this year.
