This past weekend marked the sixth anniversary of the annual CurlFest – the summer event that brings together tonnes of people of colour to celebrate the beauty of natural hair. The event held on Randall’s Island this year, and one of our favourite Bellastylistas Whitney Madueke attended the event in a traditional look with a decidedly modern twist.
