For three (3) consecutive weekends, the 2024 Veuve Clicquot VIP Experience guests and attendees illuminated the NPA Lagos International Polo Tournament with bold statements, vibrant hues, and on-point fashion trends. The dress code was “Be Solaire” and guests showed up in a parade of styles that perfectly encapsulated the essence of sun-inspired fashion.

Henrietta Itepu: A Symphony of Warm Tones

Henrietta Itepu turned heads in a breathtaking warm-tone chiffon and silk dress. The fusion of browns, mustards, and orange not only perfectly matched her melanated skin but also sparkled with the elegance of gold jewellery, leaving a lasting impression.

Lubia Chidume: Wrapped in Elegance

Lubia Chidume exuded comfort and style in a yellow BouBou, a vision of elegance. Her neutral makeup, slicked-back hair, and coral beads added an extra layer of sophistication to the vibrant look.

Sanchan Elegushi: Timeless Elegance in Monochrome

Sanchan Elegushi took us back to the polo 50s, in a classy halter neck black and silver dress,cinched at the waist. Her accessories stole the show – black embellished shoes, a leather croc bag, a wide-brimmed hat, oversized earrings, and the pièce de résistance, cream-rimmed cat-eye glasses. A perfect blend of timeless elegance and modern flair.

Neo Akpofure: A Wearable Work of Art

Neo Akpofure caught attention in a hand-painted silk shirt and matching loafers. The details were impeccable, featuring a derby hat, silver-toned jewelry, and a clutch, each element contributing to a harmonious and artistic fashion expression.

Vine Olugu: Solaire in vibrant colors

Vine Olugu embraced the “Be Solaire” theme effortlessly in a multi-colored two-piece set, complemented by white tennis shoes and accessories. Laidback yet undeniably dashing, Olugu captured the essence of solar energy with style.

Ikechukwu Nwosu: Classic Simplicity

Ikechukwu Nwosu opted for a classic white and black ensemble. A polo shirt, a string bow, flare pants, and monochrome loafers combined for a timeless and refined look, proving that classics never go out of style.

Olivia Arukwe: A Ray of Sunlight

In a yellow handwoven Aso Oke tube dress, orange bag, and yellow heels, Olivia Arukwe embodied the Solaire theme, radiating like a ray of sunlight. Her presence alone seemed to eclipse the need for the sun.

Larry Hector: Fiery in Orange

Larry Hector set the event ablaze in a flowy organza three-piece set, adorned with a black fedora and a black clutch. The choice of orange against dark skin was not just a color; it was a statement, and Hector wore it with undeniable flair.

Hawa Magaji: Corset Chic

A corset and palazzo pants never looked better than on Hawa Magaji. The yellow detailing on the corset top, paired with a white fascinator and gold purse, created a luxurious ensemble synonymous with affluence.

Chioma Ikokwu, attended in a simple but elegant two-piece styled with green jewelry and a green clutch. Her radiant skin and impeccable style positioned her as the epitome of sophistication.
