Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsps Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 2 tbsps Cajun *optional*
  • 1 tbsp Knorr

Method

  • Clean ribs
  • Using a knife, remove the thin lining on the back of the ribs as shown in the video. This might be tough at first, but it gets easier
  • Season ribs with above spices
  • Use your hands to rub in the spices until well incorporated
  • Let ribs sit for an hour or more
  • Grill ribs on a stove top for 3-4 minutes, until a little charred (this step can be skipped if you wish)
  • Cook ribs in the oven at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until well done and pulling off the bone
  • Serve as desired
