The City of Lights welcomed a brand new face at fashion week this season. Liberian -American fashion designer and 2017 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund winner Telfar Clemens, fashion designer of the eponymous brand Telfar , showed his spring 2020 collection in Paris on September 23, 2019.
