Miss World Nigeria, Joy Mojisola Raimi’s outfits have been exceptional so far as she represents Nigeria at the Miss World contest in Telangana, India.
Joy, a 24-year-old graduate of the University of Port Harcourt, was crowned Miss World Nigeria in April 2025.

Upon arrival in India, she began representing Nigeria by paying homage to the Nigerian flag colours – green and white. She wore a white and lemon green three-piece ensemble with wide-legged pants, a bralette, and a cropped jacket.

Her opening ceremony costume was rich in history. As she detailed in her caption, the flowing silhouette from Cross River, embellished with northern gold patterns, reflected the opulence of Arewa royalty. The gown incorporated Edo-inspired coral beads and Igbo adornments, connecting royal heritage with spiritual power. Her bold, regal, and modern beaded gele crown symbolises leadership, tradition, and rhythm. The gown was embroidered with the map of Africa and featured green for growth and red for resilience, representing Nigeria’s continental ties.

For her evening appearance, she wore a breathtaking high-slit red gown by Nigerian designer Darabina, with particularly striking ruffles along the slit.

During the Hyderabad Heritage Walk, Joy radiated elegance in a green aso-oke iro and buba. The frills all over the outfit added graceful movement to her attire.

For a chic breakfast, Joy opted for a stylish purple jumpsuit with a cape. The look was corporate casual perfection.
Joy has been consistently impressive with her stylish looks, and we can’t wait to see what she wears as the competition continues. We also wish her the best of luck!
