While we are officially gearing up to GTB Fashion Weekend, the most exciting news hit us. On the 10th and 11th of November 2018, GTB fashion weekend would be holding its 4th edition and asides from all the runway showcases set to take place on those days, we are super excited about the master classes which always serve as an avenue for fashion insiders and budding fashion enthusiasts to learn more about the fashion industry in Africa.

This year, Style director at Elle.com, Nikki Ogunnaike will be among the panellists discussing Diversity in Fashion during one of the Masterclasses. The Nigerian-American Editor cut her teeth at InStyle as an Assistant Editor and Vanity Fair as a fashion assistant before moving to Glamour.com as Senior Fashion Editor. Her masterclass is set to hold on Saturday, November 10th, 2018 by 12:00 Noon – 1:00 PM on the same day.

 The second speaker happens to be British Vogue’s Stylist and Editor-at-Large, Julia Sarr-Jamois, she will be speaking on the Authenticity in Style and Global Fashion Trends. She has years of experience in the fashion industry under her belt, asides from her role at British Vogue, Julia is also the Senior Fashion Editor-at-Large at i-D, a contributor for Teen Vogue, Vogue Italia, Self Service, Double and M Le Monde.
