115g butter- melted and cooled
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried pepper
Pour the melted butter into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Whisk together till all ingredients are blended in well.
Cover and refrigerate for an hour to let the flavours combine.
Spread it all over your chicken or dip some fried chicken in it. Enjoy!
