Lagos Fashion Week officially kicked off its 2026 season with a launch cocktail on Sunday, 25 October, at Pitstop Village, Ikoyi, bringing together members of the fashion community, media and industry stakeholders ahead of the week’s shows.

Set against the waterfront, the evening offered guests an opportunity to connect over cocktails and canapés, while a soundtrack spanning Afrobeats, Amapiano and Afro-house set the mood for the gathering.

The launch marks the start of the Heineken Lagos Fashion Week 2026 season, running from 28 October to 1 November. With designers, creatives and industry stakeholders set to gather in Lagos, this year’s programme will celebrate African fashion while creating space for conversations around its craft, innovation and future.
