Nigerian fashion brand Tokyo James is leading the charge to expand the scope of the fashion industry. Powered by the zeitgeist of the 21st century, with every collection the brand only aims to push boundaries.

Their most recent campaign for the brand’s Spring/Summer 2020 collection is even more proof. Lensed by photographer and editor in chief of the recently launched Overdue Magazine Andrew Kimber, the campaign challenges the mainstream ideas of who and what a model should look like in a fashion campaign.

The campaign features Lorraine Genus and rising Instagram star and model Haruna Jebak on the streets of London donning pieces from the fashion house. Some of the most standout looks from the collection include a two-piece animal print pantsuit set paired with matching brown heels, a structured multicolour blazer that is a wardrobe must-have and a sweatshirt and short set paired with black boots.
