One of such trailblazers is Tannis, a Nigerian beauty artist, educator, and content creator with over eight years of experience and a digital community of more than 100,000 followers.
Renowned for her skin-focused artistry and practical approach to beauty education, Tannis has built a strong reputation for teaching makeup in a way that is both professional and accessible, while remaining deeply rooted in community impact. This birthed the GLAMAS initiative.
GLAMAS kicked off in 2023, offering free makeup services to 100 individuals, a gesture rooted in gratitude and community appreciation. As it evolved into a larger vision, it became an avenue for creating access, opportunity, and tangible support for beauty creatives.
In December 2025, Tannis hosted the Masterclass × GLAMAS, a beauty education experience that combined a live, in-depth makeup masterclass with GLAMAS, her annual giveback initiative designed to support and uplift beauty creatives and enthusiasts. Participants received content creator starter kits, full makeup kits, skincare sets, and cash prizes; tools designed to help recipients take real steps forward in their beauty or content creation careers.
As GLAMAS continues to grow annually, Tannis remains focused on expanding its reach and deepening its impact, with plans to continue creating spaces where beauty education is not only informative but also transformative.
