The red carpet at this year’s Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards brought a little bit of everything: Cinderella dresses, jacquard suits, show-stopping white, and much more. But Uru Eke brought the night to life in a colourful embellished delight.
The actress who has been playing it cool with her style stepped out of her comfort zone for tonight’s event in a free-form sheer dress hand-adorned with colourful beads and rich embroidery. In an interview on the red carpet, she admitted that the dress was made under 24 hours by rising designer Africanna.
She topped off the already high shine look with simple gold earrings, cocktail rings, and a glittering pink purse —just in case the dress wasn’t dazzling enough on its own.
