Admit it, you have been on Somkele Idhalama‘s Instagram page more than once browsing through videos of her work out routines and staring at photos of her perfectly snatched waist, we have too. She is one of our favourite celebrity moms with enviable bodies.

Getting the Somkele body is no small feat. From laps around the pool and sessions on the treadmill to healthy meals which she shares some recipes for on her Snapchat – she runs, climbs, squats and dances her way to a toned body.

She recently added yoga to her fitness mix and shares photos periodically of some of her poses. The latest photos she posted on Instagram had us packing our gym bags – look at that bod!

She takes the Natarajasana, Chaturanga Dandasana and Trikonasana poses which relieve the body from stress, anxiety, and insomnia.

While we hope and wait for Somkele to start a fitness channel, these snaps will keep inspiring us on our fitness journey.
