This Ghanaian Makeup Brand Has A New Foundation Line

Ghanaian Makeup Brand SO Aesthetic recently introduced a new foundation line called SO Ultra Coverage.

The range which is intended to work as a “second skin”  joins SO Aesthetic’s bestselling products including concealers, powders, lipsticks, glosses, eyebrow pencils and eyeliners.

The purpose of the new foundation is to give makeup lovers coverage that will not only be healthy and glowing but will also last longer. As well as provide a clean, ultra-smooth, sleek base for other makeup products such as blush, concealer and highlighters. The new Ultra Coverage Foundation evens out skin tone, covers imperfections and blurs the pores creating the illusion of perfectly smooth skin.

Not only does the new foundation look great when applied, it also has the added advantage of protecting the skin from harmful sun rays and acts as a physical barrier against pollutants in the environment.

About the launch of the new product, Sacha Okoh, Founder  of SO Aesthetic, said:

I am very excited to launch the new SO Aesthetic Ultra Coverage Foundation! Creating the foundation has been an emotional journey for me, it’s a project that has taken two years to come to fruition and today I’m so happy to say that we have a product that I am 100% proud of. For most makeup artists, the first step to makeup is the foundation. I love beautiful skin and it was important for me to create a matte velvet finish foundation, with great shades and texture that also blends flawlessly into the skin and looks natural with an easy application.
The key factors that I considered when creating the foundation were the scent, texture, packaging and most importantly, the colour palette, I wanted to make sure there were a wide variety of shades to suit all skin tones. Today our new Ultra Coverage Foundation is currently available in eight shades with new shades launching over the coming months.
