According to Serpentine UK

Tonight it’s our annual Summer Party where leading figures from the worlds of international art, architecture, design, fashion, music, film and business will come together to celebrate and raise funds for the Serpentine’s globally acclaimed exhibitions, architecture, education and live programmes. The Serpentine’s legendary summer fundraiser raises essential funds for the Galleries’ programmes, keeping access to the Serpentine free and open to all, all year round. This summer’s programme features Tomma Abts’s exhibition at the Serpentine Sackler Gallery, the Serpentine Pavilion 2018 designed by Frida Escobedo, ‘Christo and Jeanne-Claude: Barrels and The Mastaba 1958-2018’ at the Serpentine Gallery and The London Mastaba, Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s first outdoor public sculpture in the UK. In line with the creative vision of the Serpentine Galleries and CHANEL, guests will experience a truly immersive party, with curated visuals and live performances. Es Devlin will present a new interactive installation, MICROPHONE / MEGAPHONE to which guests can donate words to a unique choral sound piece. Google’s Pixel Portrait, a new installation designed by TEM, will allow guests to have their portrait captured on Google Pixel 2 in a unique, shareable composition derived from the colour palette of The London Mastaba by Christo. Temporary Graffiti, an intervention by the art group RANDOM INTERNATIONAL will invite guests to paint with nothing but light itself to create their own ephemeral works of art.
